How do you do! I have written you earlier but did not receive an answer. Tender procedures and fund allocation for construction of Uzynagash – Otar section has been scheduled for the 2nd half of 2016. All mass media has written about this. Could you please reply what has been done to date under this section? When is it scheduled to commence works? In March 2017, April ...?

Dear Maxim, in coordination with the World Bank, tender procedures were announced in October 14, 2016; in November 14, 2016 companies submitted their application for pre-qualification. Currently, in accordance with the procedures of the World Bank assessment and approval of the results of prequalification is being carried out. Prequalified companies will be invited to submit their bid in the second quarter of 2017. The signing of the contract and the start of the project is planned after attracting funds to be received after the ratification of the Loan Agreement tentatively in the third quarter of 2017.
