Dear Didar, within the framework of the road sector restructuring in 2013 the regional departments of the Committee for Roads were abolished. And this kind of questions are not in our competence, our website was originally created and dedicated to the "Western Europe - Western China" project, and since last year "Nurly Zhol" projects.
