Construction of International Transit Corridor “Western Europe – Western China” on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be completed in 2015.
Construction of International Transit Corridor “Western Europe – Western China” will be completed in 2015. At present the works for road construction are in progress in 4 regions of the country. Special control is being carried out for the quality of the executed construction works. System of five-phase control has been introduced and functions. Today construction of International Transit Corridor is being carried out by 22 Main Contractors and more than 60 Subcontractors. By the end of the current (2012) year 700 kilometers of road have been planned to put into operation, in 2013 - 806 kilometers, in 2014 - 262 kilometers< and finally, in 2015 - 469 kilometers.
