Hello! When will the construction of Almaty-Uzynagash road section begin? Thank you.

Dear Andrey,

Thank you for your question. To date, the construction of Uzynagash-Otar road section is not provided for under the Western Europe – Western China International Transit Corridor Road Project as well as Nurly Zhol State Program for infrastructure development. However there is a road reconstruction project for Uzynagash-Otar section belonging to Alamty-Kordai-Blagoveshchenka-Merke-Tashkent-Termez republican road and the works begin in 2018.
